On December 21, 2020, bookings open for the first AIDA cruises in the summer season 2022. The range of destinations extends from the Baltic to the fjords, from Greenland to Spitsbergen, from the Bay of Biscay to the Mediterranean. The route variety offers something for every taste.
As a new member of the AIDA family, AIDAcosma will offer voyages from Palma de Mallorca. The one-week highlight route "Mediterranean Treasures" features Florence, Rome, Barcelona and Corsica. Those who have a little more time can discover the great variety of cities and islands in the western Mediterranean in 10 or 11 days with AIDAstella.
The beauty of the North is in the focus of numerous voyages from Hamburg, Warnemünde, Bremerhaven and Kiel.
From Hamburg, AIDAprima alternates between the major cities of Western Europe and Norway. The 9- and 10-day voyages of AIDAperla offer even more Nordic feeling with visits to the Norwegian fjords. Also departing from Hamburg are the voyages with AIDAsol, which, for example, sail through the English Channel to the Bay of Biscay, or to England, Scotland and Norway.
The popular 7- and 10-day Baltic and Scandinavian routes from Warnemünde are offered with AIDAmar and AIDAdiva. Treasures such as Tallinn's Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the splendor of the tsarist era in St. Petersburg are just as fascinating as the magnificent landscape of the Swedish archipelago.
From Kiel, three ships set off on great Northern adventures. AIDAnova offers Norway and Baltic Sea voyages, which can also be combined into a 14-day round trip. With AIDAbella, guests can visit the Lofoten Islands and the North Cape. They can also set off on a voyage around Great Britain or to Iceland. AIDAluna offers the 17-day voyages "Highlights at the Arctic Circle", which are particularly popular among lovers of the North. Ideal for a taste of cruising are the 3- or 4-day short trips to Norway or Denmark in September. Altogether 15 different routes are available starting from the Schleswig-Holstein state capital.
Guests can also experience impressive selection voyages in the north with AIDAvita and AIDAaura. AIDAaura's voyages from Bremerhaven take guests as far north as Iceland and Greenland. Voyages to Scotland, Ireland, northern France or the Bay of Biscay are also on the program.
With AIDAvita, the Baltic Sea coast can be explored on no less than nine varied routes from Warnemünde. A special highlight is the voyage "Archipelago of the Baltic Sea" with an overnight in Warnemünde during the maritime festival Hanse Sail 2022.
